Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery in case of:

    • Damaged or physically defective product.

    • Missing or incorrect item delivered.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, invoice, manuals, tags, accessories, and barcodes.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images of the issue.

  • Our team will verify the claim and initiate a return pickup, if eligible.

  • Ensure you collect a manifest copy from the delivery partner for return tracking.

Return Rejections Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is not installed by authorized personnel.

  • Order was placed for the wrong model/color.

  • Return is initiated beyond the return window.

  • Product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality checks.

  • If an order is not placed but payment is deducted, the amount will be auto-refunded (within 14 days) to your source account.

  • Refunds for returned products will be processed if the return conditions are met.

Warranty

  • Products must be installed by an Authorized Brand Service Centre to maintain warranty.

  • Exclusions: Gift items, buyer’s remorse (color/size/features), and usage-related dissatisfaction.

Wrong Product Received

  • If a different product is delivered, we will arrange a return and refund after quality verification.
